WEEK 7

Activity:	Start do the proposal and go visit Dialysis Center
Objective:	To start do the beginning proposal. Be able to do the chapter 1 and chapter 2. Visit Dialysis Center and investigate their operation.
Result :	I have start do the proposal by collecting all information from week 5 activity.                      Figure 1: Visit dialysis center
Conclusion:	Although that I have done the chapter 1 and chapter 2 of my proposal but there are many improvement that I have to make and add in time being while I do the next chapter. While visitting the dialysis center, l provided many knowledge that will help my fyp project.
